Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

2. Data and purposes

For orders we process your name, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone number, ordered goods, payment and delivery details, and related communications. We use this information to enter into and perform the sales contract, including delivery, payments, returns and claims (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We retain accounting and tax records to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

If you contact us, we process the information in your message to reply and handle the request. Depending on its nature, the basis is contract performance or our legitimate interest in customer communication (Article 6(1)(b) or (f)). If you create a customer account, we process login and profile details to provide the account and manage orders.

We send marketing email with consent or to existing customers about our own similar products under Section 116 of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. In the latter case our basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). You can unsubscribe easily and free of charge from each message and withdraw consent at any time.

Details marked as required at checkout are needed to enter into and perform the contract; without them we generally cannot process an order. We obtain data from you and, where necessary, payment and delivery status from payment providers and carriers.

3. Retention

We keep order data while performing the contract and afterwards as needed to establish or defend rights and comply with accounting and tax law. Account data is kept until the account is closed, except for records we must retain by law. We keep ordinary correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and possible claims. Marketing contacts are kept until consent is withdrawn or you object; we may then retain a minimal record to respect the opt-out.

4. Recipients and transfers

We share only necessary data with our online store and hosting providers, payment and banking services, carriers, email and analytics providers, and accounting or legal advisers. They act as independent controllers or processors according to their roles. We may disclose data to public authorities when required by law.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use an appropriate mechanism under GDPR Chapter V, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can request details of a specific transfer at our contact email.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies support the store, cart and security. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only according to your settings and after the consent required by Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. and GDPR. You can change your choice at any time through the store’s cookie settings. Details of individual cookies and their lifetimes are shown in the cookie banner or settings.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability and, where applicable, object to processing. You may object to direct marketing at any time; we will then stop using your data for that purpose. 7. Automated decisions

We do not use automated individual decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, or customer profiling.

8. Effective date

This notice takes effect on 24 September 2026. If our processing or legal requirements change, we will publish an updated notice in the store.
